Return & Cancellation Policy

At Turning Leaves Denali, we understand that plans can change. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund provided the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the intended stay date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing or through the original booking platform to be considered valid.

No-smoking Policy

Turning Leaves Denali maintains a strict no-smoking policy to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests. Smoking is not permitted in any rooms or indoor areas, including the use of cigarettes, vaping devices, marijuana, or any other smoking materials. This policy applies regardless of local laws or personal preferences.

Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 cleaning and remediation charge, which will be applied to the guest’s payment method on file. This fee helps cover specialized cleaning and deodorization required to restore the room for future guests. By booking and staying with Turning Leaves Denali, guests agree to comply with these policies.
